Returns whether the builder contains any argument.

public hasArguments ( boolean $includeBase = true ) : boolean
$includeBase	boolean	Whether to include arguments in the base format in the search.
Результат	boolean	Returns `true` if the builder contains any argument and `false` otherwise.
