I would probably say these were not high level benefits, but more likely low level, very tangible benefits a hands on user would see.

These were the items I remembered. I believe the intent is that our communication with those outside of One Biology is difficult when telling our story regarding “what is changing… what is different” because we just aren’t clear yet. However, once we have any level of clarity to those, we need to capture them and make them a part of our story.
