Requirements:
php 5.3+
mysql 5+
php gd library
php mcrypt library

Get the files on your webserver ( Make sure that apache has write access to the class/ directory )

Go to the folder you just uploaded them as in your web browser

Fill out the database and admin user info

Login to the system ( admin and what ever password you just set )
There are many licenses in this project but where ever Not specifyed and We have legal rights to do so it is MIT License
note: I added the " and we have legal rights to do so " becouse there is a chance ( small but still there ) that a library may have gotten placed in the project and the license got overwritten or something If this is so we will change the code to reflect this
