A small PHP script that gets the latest Teamspeak 3 server tar URL and version number.

I am no way a professional PHP developer, but I do enjoy a bit of PHP from time to time :)

index.php?bit=amd64/x86 will return the latest version and a link to the download for WGET usage. Returns all information in JSON format.
