jpg2skp

php folder is used in WAMP, including client and server side coding.

jpg2skp and jpg2skp.rb should be placed in Users/XXX/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2015/SketchUp/Plugins

Somethings are hard coded, should be put into config files
