#Premier Hover Notification

##Wordpress plugin adds a 'hovering' notification in the bottom right corner of all pages and posts.

Planned upgrades:
Add ability to choose location on page.
Add ability to select which pages/posts on which notification will appear.
Add preview in admin.
Add option to disable for mobile views.
