Pcast module for Moodle - version 2.1

Installation:

    * Works only with Moodle 2.1 or Later

List of features - version 2.1:


    * Users can post podcast episodes. These episodes can be moderated
    * Support for ratings via the Rating API
    * Support for commenting via the commenting API
    * Itunes tag support
    * RSS Support



Known issues, please do not file tracker reports:
    * paging of large podcasts
