Creates a command line application that accepts

<partnerName> <partnerDiscipline> [partnerPreviousResponse] [playerPreviousResponse]

And returns either silent or confess

1. Checkout the project
2. Run composer install

After the project is installed

vendor/bin/box build

A .phar file will be available at build/pd.phar
