Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.

A. Currently all the project management options resides in the admin panel. No functionality shows up in frontend right now.

A. Only Editors and Admin's can projects and edit them.

A. Admins and every co-workers from a project can create these.

A. Only admins (editor/administrator) can see all of them. Other user roles can only see their assigned projects.

A. Sure, lots of actions and filters are added by default and will add more of them.

###1. Project dashboard. You can see all your projects from here and can create new one.

###2. Single project page, default tab shows all the activities from current project.

###3. Create a new project with title and description. Set milestone, attach files and notify users.

###4. Single message thread. Discuss with other members. Add comments, attachments and notify users.

###5. All messages from this project listed here.

###6. View all To-do List and to-do's. See progress on each to-do list. Task assigned to user, due date, comment count and completed to-do's.

###7. Create a new To-do list. Set title, description and milestone.

###8. Create a new to-do in a to-do list with to-do details, due date and assigned user.

###9. Completed, late and up-coming milestone with assigned to-do list and messages.
