From Snitch's Settings page, you can set the following preferences:
Define when Snitch should send out email notifications (on create, update, and/or delete). You can also choose to have the active user's notification skipped over.
Customize the email subject and body using the same syntax as ExpressionEngine templates.
Powered by LG Addon Updater, Snitch can call home and check to see if there's a new update available.
Snitch sits on top of ExpressionEngine's built-in notification settings. Make sure that you've enabled notifications and defined the recipients for each weblog.
The following variable tags are available to the email's Subject and Message templates:
The action that just took place (“created”, “updated”, or “deleted”)
The active user's email address
The entry's ID
The entry's status
The entry's title
The active user's username
A combination of the {weblog_url}
and the {url_title}
The entry's URL Title
The name of the entry's weblog
The URL of the entry's weblog
Snitch requires ExpressionEngine 1.6 or later
