Copy the contents of the zip to PiwikDirectory/plugins/VpsCashPromo
Browse to your Piwik version using a webbrowser (NOT IE OR MICROSOFT EDGE)
Login and go to:
Settings > Plugin Settings > Find VpsCashPromo here and enable the plugin.
It will not (probably) work
