Command line parser.
Install:
Composer dependencies
Gearman server
Enable php_com_dotnet.dll in php.ini for windows
Configure config file.

Usage:
php index.php worker:parse (1 to see output of worker or >1 to run in background)
php index.php parse [url required] [filename.csv not required]
