Added new tab in Portal to show Work Orders

The default filter show the Work Orders for tickets where the current user is the caller, if a PowerUser show all Work Orders.

• First: Copy this folder to extensions folder in iTop root path.
• Second: Move portal/index.php to iTop root path, overwrite the old index.php file.
• Third: Change config-itop.php permissions
• Fourth: Run iTop setup
• Fifth: Check the new module portal-WorkOrder
• Sixth: Install and Finish setup.

Just this. Open the iTop/portal and see the results.

If needed, create new dictonary in portal-WorkOrder module for your language.
