OOtemplate Oriented Object Template

  What is it?

	OOTemplate is a template engine write in PHP5. Originally
	inspired by Django Template most popular template engine write
	in Python.
	Actually this project in a developement and it is not conseilled to use
	OOTemplate for a production mode.
