This is a gallery application written in PHP and MySQL specifically for artist 
Leroy van Vliet. It allows one artist to upload sketches or finished work and
post blogs/news. 

It is licensed under the GNU GPL v3 (see license.txt). You are free to use
it as you wish and change anything you want provided that you do not release 
your modified code under a proprietary license.
