NAME
	Where's my car?

DESCRIPTION
	A small web app that scrapes SF GIS and sends email and SMS alerts
	when you need to move your car for street cleaning.

INSTALLATION
	Download or checkout wheresmycar from GitHub.  Use the included
	httpd.conf and root your VirtualHost at <wheresmycar>/public.

	Use mixinstall or other means to install Sometimes (and run `make`) at
	<wheresmycar>/include/sometimes.

	Create <wheresmycar>/include/config.php by following along from
	<wheresmycar>/include/config.php.example.
