Webgrind Module for the Kohana PHP Framework

Thanks to Joakim Nygard and Jacob Oettinger for writing Webgrind and to Derick
Rethans for Xdebug.

1. Install xdebug http://www.xdebug.org/docs/install.
2. Enable xdebug and make sure xdebug.profiler_enable_trigger = 1.
3. Install webgrind into the folder 'webgrind' in the Kohana modules folder.
4. Enable hooks in application/config.php.
5. Append XDP to any of your application's url. - Shortcut is editable in config.
