A Moodle repository for browsing the images of an OMERO server by project, dataset and/or tag.

In order to install this plugin, see the following steps:

• copy this repositoy to the <MOODLE_ROOT_DIR>/repository/omero;
• go to Site Administration --> Notifications and follow the Moodle instructions to complete the plugin installation;
• go to Site Administration --> Plugins --> Repositories --> Manage Repositories and go to the Omero Settings row:
  • set as 'Enabled and visible' the Omero Repository;
  • set the OmeSeadragon server address/hostname from the Omero Repository Settings.

• Moodle 2.9 or later (available on the Moodle site)
