Clone into phpBB folder /ext/darkdiesel/pagescroller:
git clone git@github.com:darkdiesel/phphBB-PageScroller.git phpBB folder /ext/darkdiesel/pagescroller -
Navigate to "ACP" > "Customise" > "Extensions" and enable the "Page Scroller" extension.
