The Package contains 3 main Forum Classes: 1. PancakeTF_Message 2. PancakeTF_Forum 3. PancakeTF_ForumMessage These will all required 2 Objects to be provided to them: 1. PancakeTF_DBAccessorI : this is a simple DB interface to provide all generic DB actions. the package contains a PDO prt of this interface (PDOAccess) 2. PancakeTF_PermissionHandlerI : an interface for permission checks. these two should represent the domain-specific rules and db-access methods. Class Usage: ------------- PancakeTF_Message ================ construction: you can either construct the message with no initial settings, using he class setters to set its options, or to pass the options via the options constructor. If no message id is passed, the constructor assumes a new message is created. If an ID is set after construction, all changes made up to this point will be removed (changing the message`s id is equal to calling the constructor). if PancakeTF_Message::save() is not called, the changes will not be saved to the database. possible options to send to the constructor: forum_id - the forum id title - the message title content - the message content parent - a parent for the message. must be a PancakeTF_MessageI instance permissions - this can be used to change the names of the permission checks (must correspond to the original permission names) date_format - this has to be a valid input to the MySQL DATE_FORMAT syntax PancakeTF_Forum ================ opens a forum, and organizes its messages. can be set to limit how many base messages to pull and how many to skip. it can be given the following options at construction: limit start date_format PancakeTF_ForumMessage ======================= opens a message as a forum. can receive the same parameters as PancakeTF_Forum, only it ignores the limits.
