A simple Twitter bot made in PHP that tweets cute things to its followers

It is a copy of @petosorus's Twitter bot project EmergencyPipou but in PHP instead of Python. @EmergencyPipou chooses a random follower and tweets to him/her a random cute sentence from the ones stored in Phrases.php.

The more followers, the more random tweets. The implementation here is based on a CRON job running every five minutes. The bot follows back to be able to receive mentions from private users if they agree. If you mention it, it replies with a random cute sentence as well.

You can make Pull Requests to edit the Phrases.php and add more sentences or just tweet to @EmergencyPipou or me @White_Fangs a sentence you would like to add.
