<?php wds_announcements_content( true ); ?>

do_action Method

<?php do_action( 'wds_do_announcement' ); ?>

Installation

Manual Installation

  1. Upload the entire /wds-announcement-banner directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate WDS Announcement Banner through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Does the sticky announcement play nice with WP Admin Bar, or other position: fixed; elements on the page? Yes, for the most part. It was built to account for WP Admin Bar, as well as if you have a sticky header, i.e. looks for #masthead

It is hard to account for any and every scenario where an element might be sticky, but we did our best.
