Unofficial changes to the Komodo IDE 9 PHPUnit harness in order to support PHPUnit 4+ .PHAR file

Tested with PHPUnit 4.6.6 and Komodo IDE 9.2

Step #1: Copy latest PHPUnit .PHAR file into ActiveState Komodo IDE 9\lib\mozilla\python\komodo\harnesses\php\Base

Step #2: Copy altered versions of HarnessSelector.php and Printer.php from this repo into the same folder

Step #3: Start testing!

You may have to re-do these steps after every update of Komodo IDE
