Followed these instructions, it worked. Details to add:

before importing the DB in my phpMyAdmin, I had to create a new DB (named it the same as the old one, as seen in wp-config, 'DBWPress').
the links to the pages were broken at first, I fixed it by going into the Admin panel, resetting the permalinks to default, then setting them back to what it was (ie. the 2nd option).

Tried to add fonts to wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/assets/css/fonts/cass_fonts/ and use them in wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/assets/css/tc_common.css but it did nothing
- bexcause special fonts are set in Admin panel using Google fonts, that overwrides other stuff, and even overwrides CSS added to Appearance > Advanced Options >Custom CSS in Admin dashboard.
- SOLUTION?
  - to create a child theme and add my CSS in the main stylesheet there, I think...
