after svn co https://hoydaa.org/svnroot/project-y/trunk blahblahblah follow the steps given below.
    symfony generate:project project-name
    symfony plugin:install sfGuardPlugin --release=2.2.0
    symfony plugin:install sfFeed2Plugin --release=1.2.1
    downlad http://plugins.symfony-project.org/get/isicsSitemapXMLPlugin/isicsSitemapXMLPlugin-0.9.1.tgz and execute the following command to install
    	symfony plugin:install /path/to/plugin/isicsSitemapXMLPlugin-0.9.1.tgz
    	comment all the lines in isicsSitemapXMLPlugin/config/config.php
    create the database and edit the following files accordingly
        edit config/databases.yml
        edit config/propel.ini
    change the following behavior in config/propel.ini
        propel.builder.addBehaviors = true
    symfony propel:build-all
    rm -rf lib/form
    pear install pecl_http
      in order to install pecl_http you have to install the following debian packages
        apt-get install make php5-dev libcurl3-dev
    create a directory named charts under project-home/web/images and give web user write permissions
        this directory will be used to store chart images downloaded from google for the charts which are cacheable
        currently mail task is using cacheable charts
    
in order to load test data execute the following commands
    symfony propel:data-load frontend
    symfony test:TestDataTask frontend
