SQL Folder contains an empty SQL Structure.

Important!:
Add an admin user by setting the isAdmin Flag to 1 to add new courses.
Or use the inbuild setup routine
On UNIX Filesystem the upload Folder need to be set to chmod 777 upload (rwx*)
