Ecommerce module experimental rewrite

This is an experimental ecommerce module for SilverStripe. I spent a bit of time refactoring the old SilverStripe ecommerce module, but ended up leaving this for a while.

It's currently unfinished, but the main data model for Order, OrderItem and ShoppingCart is mostly there.
