Transfers the affiliates parameter from page to page.
When the affiliate's param is set as parameter in the url, with this shortcode you can "transfer" the param to an url. So you can have landing pages to share.
Example of use:
If I visit the landing page: www.mylandingpage.com/?affiliate=23
I can use this shortcode:
[affiliates_landing]www.myaffiliatedomain.com[/affiliates_landing]
So if I click in the link, I will go to www.myaffiliatedomain.com/?affiliate=23
