Application used to make online reservation for available aircraft. Designed for a small to medium size aviation school.
Features:
- User is assigned a username/password, and defined which aircrafts able to rent by administrator
- User is given 3 state calendar displayed in either month, week or day.
- Administrator is able to block aircrafts for specific days and hours.
- User selects a time slot between 6:00am & 3:00pm with 1hr min, and specifies aircraft to rent.
Details:
- User only able to make reservations for the days preceding today
- At 15:00 application will lock and email admin reservation schedule for the next day.
- Slots can only be selected by hours. (Cannot make reservation for 1hr 25min)
- PHP 5.2 or newer version
- PDO PHP Extension
- For developtment environment database is called aerocal, will need full access to the user aerocal and password will be also aerocal.
A example for Mysql database and user creation:
mysql> CREATE DATABASE aerocal character set utf8;
mysql> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON aerocal.* to aerocal@localhost IDENTIFIED BY 'aerocal';
- Create database schema: on aerocal folder there is a folder called scripts, there you need to run doctrine script.
