1. Upload the /emailtemplatefilter folder to your Symphony /extensions folder.
2. Enable it by selecting the "Filter: Email Template", choose Enable from the with-selected menu, then click Enable/Install.
3. Add your email templates, and attach them to your events.

Please note that since 1.2 your email template pages need to have a page type of etf for them to work correctly.
