Adds a back to top button at the bottom of the page for Hubzilla To install, use the following commands (assuming /var/www/ is your hub's web root):

cd /var/www/
util/add_addon_repo https://github.com/mrjive/b2tbtn.git b2tbtn
util/update_addon_repo b2tbtn

Then enable the plugin through the admin settings interface.
