    Requirements:

    PHP 4.0.1 or higher (4.3.0 recommended)
    MySQL 3.23.3 or higher (InnoDB recommended)

    If you want to run phpAdsNew on a PostgreSQL server you should
    take a look at phpPgAds, which is a port of phpAdsNew to PostgreSQL,
    made by Matteo Beccati. The phpPgAds project can be found at:

    Summary:
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
    phpAdsNew is a banner management and tracking system written in PHP.
    Currently it can
    - manage multiple campaigns per advertiser
    - manage multiple banners (any size) per campaign
    - manage multiple zones per publisher
    - Link banners or campaigns to different zones
    - view daily, weekly, monthly, overall and summary statistics
    - send statistics to advertisers via email
    - use HTML (Rich media), GIF, JPEG, PNG and Flash banners
    - use banners stored on an external server (linked) or
      store banner through the admin interface in the 
      MySQL server or on a ftp server.
    - integrate banner networks with your own banners
    - show random, pre-defined or HTML/image banners
    - supports multiple keywords for groups of banners
    - supports conditional keywords
    - activate and deactivate single banners
    - show banners based on filters: user-agent, accept-language, day-of-week, IP masks, domain, source page, time
    - Set a target number of impressions for a campaign
    - Perform campaign/banner weighing
    - Target banner clicks to frames
    - Multi-lingual and support for right-to-left languages, like Arabic
