If I understand Aastra's version numbering system, the noarch file is the final version released after the beta versions. Please correct me if this is not so.
Some installation instructions include downloading and installing a file named aastra-ipphone-xxx. This is a collection of firmwares for Aastra endpoints, the latest version of which is included here for completeness.
