Install composer and go to the framework folder and then:

1. run composer install
2. give permissions for writing in the storage folder(recursive) and in the bootstrap/cache folder
3. run php artisan migrate:refresh --seed
4. Test a simple route www.yourcustomdomain.dev/emberApi/users

That's it.
