Copy "css" and "matchCenter" folders in www (wamp) or htdocs(xamp).

Copy "smarty" in wamp/xamp folder under c:/.

Run on localhost using the url http://localhost/matchCenter/<match_key>

For wamp server 1.Go to wamp icon in the taskbar(windows), go to Apachae->Apache modules 2.Set the rewrite_module on(a black tick in front).
