1. hw_google_rollout.php is a drush script that programatically updates a mini_panel and a panel.

2. hw_rollout.helper.inc is a helper class that holds helper functions to update or revert a drupal feature, error handling and check the changes into git.

modules:

1.helloworld module renders a block listing all the articles of type helloworld along with the
  helloworld article content.
 
2. Content type helloworld is defined in content_type_vocab_hello_world module
