Some SQL queries optimization to make the app load faster

Added a theme that leverage CSS3 features (only tested on Firefox 3.6 and Chrome/Webkit)

Added AJAX lazy loading behavior for the item bodies

Added collapsable behavior to the folders/feed tree

I did not implement the tags/favorites features as I do not use them

Always show unread item only, I removed the option to see already read items

The admin section is not using the skin
