Baseline Framework was create to more logically approach theme development when theme options and user driven customizations are allowed. Baseline simplifies the process of using Wordpress' customizer and options. Baseline Framework is an opensource project with the hopes of helping further the Wordpress community and supporting Bloom's internal developments.
