##Requirements

Add this to your composer.json and update composer.

"repositories": [
    {
        "type": "vcs",

    "adzadzadz/yii2-strepz-rbac": "*"
}
```

• Make sure to add this on your app components

  'authManager' => [
      'class' => 'yii\rbac\DbManager',
      'defaultRoles' => ['guest'],
  ],
  

• And run this migration to initialize RBAC for user permissions. This is a must!

  • Before anything else, make sure to [ $php composer update ] from your terminal to download the module. Then,
  • yii migrate --migrationPath=@yii/rbac/migrations/
  • yii migrate --migrationPath=vendor/adzadzadz/yii2-stepz-rbac/migrations --interactive=0

• To access the module, you need to add this to your application configuration:

  'modules' => [
      'blogger' => [
          'class' => 'adz\module\strepz\rbac\rbac',
          //'viewPath' => __DIR__ . '/../../frontend/views', // (optional) blogger will use default views from adzadzadz/yii2-module-blogger/views if not set
          'aliases' => [
              '@strepzAliasSample' => 'This is an alias sample', // echo \Yii::getAlias('@bloggerSample') ;
          ]
      ],
  ],
  

• access index.php?r=rbac and that's it.

#Template creation:

• Just copy the module view file to your app's view file and specify the "viewPath" on the module config. (Check above for 'viewPath' reference)
• Set view permissions using:
  • \Yii::$app->user->can($role)
    • $role can be any of the following:
      • (permissions: bloggerCreatePost, bloggerEditPost, bloggerDeletePost) or
      • (roles: bloggerAuthor, bloggerEditor, bloggerAdmin)
    • Example: \Yii::$app->user->can('bloggerAuthor');
