Moodec featured courses block plugin allows you to choose up to 4 courses to be displayed, including the course image, title, excerpt description, and price.
This block requires the local plugin Moodec to be installed.
- Download and extract zip file
- Copy the contents into a folder called moodec_courses in your moodle/blocks directory.
- Go to /admin section of your Moodle site in your web browser and follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation.
Once you have installed the plugin, you can add it to any page by turning editing on and selecting 'Moodec courses' from the Add block dropdown list.
The following settings are configurable via the block instance settings page.
- Number of courses (1-4)
- Show course image
- Show course description
- Show price
- Product selection method
Products can be selected either by: latest products added, randomly, or manually chosen.
