1. Upload the `smoothscroller` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Options are in Settings => Smoothscroller

= How do I make a link on the same page =

You surround the source in link HTML tags like so, with a href attribute of the target ID <a href="#target"></a> 

For the target you give it an ID attribute like so - this is <span id="target">the target</span>


== Usage ==

The settings are found via the dashboard Settings > Smoothscroller

- Select to apply to all post and pages

- Select to have on home page only

- Select to have on certain pages only

- Select to have on certain posts only

- Choose the speed of the scroll
