Fixes the file download counters for the Library Box as well as adding additional file type icons (.jad, .jar, .sis, .deb, .bar, .cab, .dmg, .3gp, .apk, .exe)
These added file types are specifically for mobile devices (Java, J2ME, Symbina, MeeGo, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, osX, 3GP video files, Android, Windows)
