Footer collumns:
Footer column count can be set at Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Footer columns
Footer columns are set to display one by one as in if footer column count is set to 3 then only the first 3 footer sidebars are going to be displayed, not for example 1st, 2nd and 4th.

Homepage consists of these shortcodes:
[honos_main_slider tag="slider"] - Displays all posts with the tag slider.

Header logo/Site title & tagline:
Site title and tagline is displayed by default, if you set your logo at Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Site identity, then site title and tagline is replaced by your logo.

Post/page sidebars:
To set a post or page sidebar you have to set your desired page layour first while editing the current post or page. Then go ahead and set the sidebar with widgets at Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets.
Post sidebar widgets are going to be shown at posts and Page sidebar widgets are going to be shown at pages.
