A require-login plugin that can be network-activated as well as overridden on the site level.
Settings can be found under the Network Settings menu as well as the site-level Settings menu.
If you want more control over the login requirement for the WP-API, the WDS Allow REST API plugin is built to complement this one, where you can separately require or not require login for the read-only portion of the REST API or even set an authorization header key/token pair which can be used to bypass the login requirement.
Requires CMB2.
