Bean Shortcodes is a WordPress plugin by ThemeBeans that adds a host of shortcodes for displaying various types of elements anywhere on your posts and pages.

1. Copy the plugin folder 'bean-shortcodes' to the '/wp-content/plugins' directory of your WordPress installation.
2. Go to the WordPress Dashboard > Plugins screen and click Activate under Bean Shortcodes.

1. In the visual editor (TinyMCE editor) of your posts' and pages' edit/add screen, click the square brackets icon in the top bar.
2. Select any of the shortcodes that you would like to add.
3. Fill the settings overlay, or in case the shortcode is added immediately, adjust it accordingly.
