API documentation is generated with NelmioApiDocBundle and is available at http://{app_host}/api/doc

Prior to app usage:

• install dependencies with Composer
• run migrations with app/console doctrine:migrations:migrate

Test fixtures can be found in UserBundle and PhoneBookBundle tests directories
